Are your products all organic?
YES. At Muggu, we pride ourselves on only using naturally sourced ingredients for all our skincare products.
Are your products safe to use?
All our products undergo a thorough safety assessment before hitting the market. We have our internal manufacturing setup, and each product undergoes several rigorous safety tests before getting packed.
The respective Drug Authority approves each formulation. Once manufactured, our products pass a 12 point quality check in a government-approved laboratory. Only then the product reaches you.
For best results, we recommend always following the directions of use. If you have questions about any ingredient we use, please reach out to us via our contact page, and our lab will respond.
Are your products 100% natural?
We maximize the use of natural and nature-derived ingredients in our products, but we’ll be honest: our products are not 100% natural. Many brands group nature-derived chemicals, such as SLS, as “natural” because they are derived from coconut oil (just as an example). Nothing could be farther from the truth. We believe that the classification we’ve followed is transparent – in keeping with our values.
Science allows us to formulate great products that work by combining the best natural goodies and safe synthetic stuff, and we are practitioners of that science. We guarantee, however, that our products are 100% secure, and we stay away from even questionable ingredients. Is your packaging recyclable?
YES. Since we source our products from nature, we make sure that our packaging will not contribute to the pollution problem by making them recyclable.
Who creates your products?
The Muggu team is filled with experts with years of experience in developing and creating safe and natural formulations of skincare products.
Are your products vegan/vegetarian?
Yes. Our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian.
Muggu is PETA certified. What does this mean?
A PETA certification means we are 100% vegan & cruelty-free, i.e., we don't use animal-derived ingredients & we don't test our products on animals. Guaranteed.
Is it safe to use while pregnant/nursing?
As our products are only for external use, they are safe to use for pregnant/nursing women. However, we always recommend a visit to your healthcare professional before trying out new products while in a delicate condition.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We believe all of them are, and we especially keep sensitive skin types while formulating. There's also a collection of the gentlest among the gentle products suitable for sensitive skin. However, it was always recommended that people with a discreet skin patch test any new product on a small patch on their forearm before using them more widely.
Are your products suitable for children?
Yes. We avoid harmful and even doubtful chemicals, and therefore, our products are suitable for children above 3 years. However, for children below 3 years, we would generally recommend using specialist baby products.
For how long is each Muggu product safe to use?
Once opened, use each product within 6 months to ensure you extract the most amount of goodness from it. However, the unopened product will expire 2 years after the manufacturing date.
Can I gift wrap my purchases?
Goodness is for sharing! We would be delighted to gift wrap your order for you. Just select the gift wrap option on your shopping cart and add a note with your gift. We will take care of the rest!

Orders and Payments
Can I still change my order information?
Unfortunately, if your package is already being shipped, we cannot change your order. But, if it's still in pre-ship status, we are happy to help you change any orders. Just email us at email@example.com.
What are your payment options?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
What do I do if I’m having trouble making payments online?

Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to India only. Please watch out for this space for information on international shipping.
Across India, we ship to over 16,000 pin codes and offer Prepaid or Cash on Delivery services.
How do I track my order?
When your order is on the way, we'll send a shipping confirmation email. Included in the email is a tracking number and link to help you track your order.
How long till my order gets shipped?
We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to get the order delivered to you. Users in metro cities can expect a faster delivery speed (within 3 days).
How long till I receive my order?
After being shipped, Orders usually take 3-7 days, while worldwide shipments take up to 15-20 business days.
